By creating an account or using Veyloft ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Veyloft.
Veyloft is a self-serve AI-powered email outreach platform. It allows you to manage contacts, generate AI-personalized outreach emails, and send them to your prospects. The Service is offered on a pay-per-access-period basis.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Veyloft. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the company you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your credentials.
Each account is for a single user or organization. You may not share your account or credentials with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules without notice or refund.
Veyloft operates on a one-time, per-period payment model. Each payment grants access to the platform for a fixed number of days depending on the plan selected (10, 20, or 30 days). Payments are processed through PayPal.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a payment has been captured and access has been granted, unless required by applicable law.
The Veyloft name, logo, platform design, and underlying technology are owned by us. You retain ownership of all content you create or upload (contacts, email copy, profile data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
Veyloft integrates with third-party services including OpenAI (email generation), Hunter.io (contact discovery), Resend (email delivery), and PayPal (payments). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated emails will achieve any specific results. Email deliverability, reply rates, and outcomes are outside our control and not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyloft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. Data may be retained for up to 30 days before deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
